Den för 11k är riktigt bra i jämförelse med den för 12k. Bättre CPU och GPU. Egentligen borde prisskillnaden vara 2-3k billigare för 10300h modellen.

Alltså innehållet i arean är viktigare än själva arean är det jag försöker säga. Bara en hypotetisk tanke nu, Dr Who - Police box. Det beror helt på vad man använder kretsen till, Vega hade icke fungerande funktioner samt var överhypad av Raja samt dåvarande RTG. GCN är/var en all purpose krets. Kommer ihåg när jag tittade på livestreamen för Vega, cringe om hur Raja presenterade det...

Min åsikt ligger nog i att det viktiga är att FSU är över 10k och det matchar ett 6000-series card med siffrorna som AMD teasade i början på oktober. Vilket matchas mot datamined Navi21XT.

Sedan är mm^2 jämförelsen oviktigt i praktiken, arealen är vill jag påstå underhållande ur en teknisk och nördig vinkel. I slutskedet vill konsumenten har mest för pengarna.

Known Issues

stblr har grävt lite mer om i princip allting relaterat till navis configuration. Han listar även en metod för att återskapa resultaten för de som vill.

"TLDR":
Navi 23 has 32 CUs and 128-bit memory interface.
Navi 31 mostly has the same specs as Navi 21, but on RDNA 3 (gfx11).
Cezanne has the same GPU configuration as Renoir.
Van Gogh has 8 RDNA 2 CUs.
Rembrandt has 12 RDNA 2 CUs (btw it also has VCN 3.1).
Navi 21 and Navi 22 have significantly higher clocks than Navi1x.
Navi 22 uses 16 GT/s GDDR6 with a bus width of 192-bit for a bandwidth of 384 GiB/s.
Navi 21 supports both HBM2 and GDDR6, though I'm not really sure what it will mean in practice.

För klockhastigheterna. Navi21 har upp till 2200Mhz, Navi22 har upp till 2500Mhz. Galet om sant. Den ökade IPC:n är inte ens inräknad här...

@Aleshi: HBM2e till Navi21 modellerna och GDDR6 till Navi22? Intressant och se framåt sedan hur kortet faktiskt är upplagt. Från den förra funderingen så är jag lite inne på att kanske den högsta modellen även är 96-108 CU även om dessa inte har dataminats, fast det är bara en fundering. Dvs det enda som har publicerats är i linux-drivarna är den lägsta av Navi21. Hursomhelst, inget som är allvarligt ^_^

@Aleshi: Jodå jag kommer ihåg när det begav sig (läses som en gamling). Språket är levande, inte mer än så, och jag har ingen aning om vem som coinade begreppet först och vad det exakt menade men Big Navi verkar i dagsläget vara allt som är större än Navi10. Dock oftast mot kretsen som är 80CU. Vilket leder mig till följande tanke...

Lustigt nog är det inte bekräftat att 80CU är den största kretsen, bara den största som dataminats. 505 mm2 mot 252 mm2 är suspekt tycker jag. Antal CU går från 40 till 80; Det är liksom inte så att minneskontrollern tar dubbelplats från 256 till 384-bit, och det finns 2x VCN engines osv. Och tittar man på "Actually hardcore overclocking" senaste video

om backplaten och skruvposition så är det sannolikt att HBM2e används lika så som GDDR6. Hålen passar väldigt illa för signalkraven för GDDR6, men kanske funkar om det är en 384-bits bus... Finns helt enkelt för många osagda detaljer än
