För CS:GO behöver du inte lägga så mycket pengar.
Prioritera ett mellanklass grafikkort och en stark processor så du kan pumpa ut tillräckligt med frames för en skärm med hög Hz, 4-8 GB RAM och SSD.

Hey, I hope you understand English, I just wanted to give you some advice and mention a few things, I strongly recommend you to invest a bit more and buy an unlocked CPU, since CS:GO is a CPU intensive game (especially on low resolutions including 1080p), you will be able to get a boost in CPU performance and hence more FPS in CS:GO than a locked CPU.

Another thing is that GTX 1060 3GB is not worth its price, either buy the 6GB version (GTX 1060 6GB) or buy an RX 480.

One more thing, you don't want to have G-sync when playing CS:GO, it adds a little bit of input lag and you don't want anything to slow down your reflexes, I always disable G-sync when I play competitive games especially in CS:GO, and maybe you should consider looking to this build.
