Jag kanske rör till det för er, men jag skrev ju också och fråga Benq.
Vad drar ni för slutsatser av vad dom skrev?
”Dear M.Noor”
I come back to you as promised after the feedback of our technician:
Yes you can place 2 screens next to each other, also in portrait mode and use extend screen just like with a landscape monitor. Windows or Mac will however see them as 2 monitors not one.
There is 3rd party software and even software from video cards which lets you combine multiple screens as if they are one.
For people with AMD cards for example this is called Eyefinity: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/eyefinity
For people with NVidia cards this is NVidia surround (så hur är det, skulle kännas skönt om nån visa)"
But for your information, the support for this is completely with video card manufacturer, any issues or questions will need to be sent to them. We cannot provide any support on this.
For your question about the possibility to use a stretched screen: it is possible, but again not supported. You can find the supported resolution in the resolution file of the monitor. You also can try and test with other resolutions but we can't guarantee them working.
For using 2 full HD monitors on the resolution 1920x1080 but then side by side, possible by default since the PC will not see both monitors as one. But as mentioned in the first part there is software that can combine monitors and make it appear as one. Det Again we can't give much support on this since the only resolutions we support are mentioned in the resolution file that I have sent to you, and 2160x1920 is not mentioned in it, since it makes a screen with an aspect ratio of 18:16 which we don't propose for monitors.
I hope that our answer will help you we wish you a very good day.
Best regards,
Alicia
