Jag köper enbart ASUS om det inte finns några andra alternativ, för deras support är urusel.

I have had an interesting experience with the ASUS service center.
I had a computer that broke down, warranty expired 6 months ago.
I went to the correct page at Asus (after being in contact with their service center) and requested repairs.
After a while I got an email stating that my request was denied due to an expired warranty.
I contacted their service center again and was told that I must explicitly write in the "additional information" field that I want it repaired (non-warranty).
Why weren't there an option for that?
This time it did work and I could schedule a pickup. Great! The computer was picked up.
I waited a couple of days without hearing anything.
I contacted the service center again and asked for the status. They said that I should have received a repair offer. They said that they are going to ask the repair center to send it to me.
I waited a couple of days. Did not hear anything.
I contacted them again. This time I got the form to fill out manually.
Took a couple of days before I could send it back. But I did.
A day later I got an email stating that the computer was repaired and being sent back.
Awesome! I thought.
When the computer arrived: It had not been fixed!
Their answer: "Sorry, but you filled out the form too late."
No reminders. No questions.
