Med bilder bifogade i varje e-post. Som visar App Language Settings i EA App, och att endast Russian är tillgängligt för BF3 install. Bild på att BF3 går att installera på Engelska i gamla Origin. Har t o m skickat med mina kvitton från 2011 då jag köpte BF3 i Origin.

As I've reviewed your email, I can understand that you are not able to install Battlefield 3 in Russian language. Please rest assured and don't worry we'll see what can be done to fix the issue for you.
I would suggest you to please reinstall the game and while reinstalling it you will be getting the options for choosing the language.
