What is the cheapest esim subscription?

Hello all,
I have an unlocked iPhone 11. I wish to use dual-sim function with my private number and company one. The company one is from Telia which is not supporting esim yet. My private sim is prepaid Halebop now. I am satisfied with its 30GB/299kr half-year plan.

Do I have to switch to Halebop's 99 kr subscription which is the cheapest esim subscription? or do I have other options?

Then it needs a Telenor subscription. I only want to receive calls or text message from private number. Will go for Halebop's for now.
