I will jump to english instead, as I think you misunderstood my previous message. If you have NBD warranty, we will of course always send a technician to your home, if possible, but we also always have to do some troubleshooting together with you via phone, to make sure we identify the issue, in order to make sure the technician brings the right parts. In case the problem is extra complicated, and we are not able to identify & localize the faulty part, we will unfortunately have to take it into service shop, to do a closely diagnostic to make sure issue is fixed in first attempt. Also I have to mention, that software is not covered by this NBD warranty, and in case of software issues, we will guide you to a solution via phone.
In case like the actual one here, with an alignment problem with the ports, we should always be able to send out technician to a prefered address, so you don't have to send it in.
