Hello, a month ago or so i've order Uwell - Stainless Steel Coil, 4-pack (Crown Tank) 0.5 ohm (artikel nr 2613212223)
The first coil worked fine, but then 2 did not work, it just says "check atomizer"
Atleast the 4th worked, but kinda sucks that 2/4 dident work...
What should i do?

Hi, Emil
Coils are mass produced and not each is quality tested hence they come with no warranty. In this case, we would gladly provide you with one replacement coil but it is, unfortunately out of stock. What we can do is create a fair discount code for your next purchase for that value or we can add that value as bonus points to your esmokes account.
Please, tell us which option would be better for you and we will take it from there.
Have a nice day.

Hey, yeah i understand that it can be bad coils... weird that theres no warranty since they include "authentic sticker"...
ye i saw that you were out of stock on the coils, got some from another site.
I'll be happy with value as bonus points to my esmokes account, any idea if your gonna get new coils later?

Hi, Emil
Yes, the "authentic sticker" serves the purpose of you insuring that the coils you have received are, indeed, produced by Uwell in this case. All coils are delivered with status of DOA upon arrival, however.
We added 449 bonus points to your account.
Have a nice day!

Hey
Hmm maybe some missed communication but 2/4 coils were not working, not sure how that results in 449 bonus points since a new 4-pack would cost me 1430.
Anyway im okay with 449 points, but im pretty sure it doesent matter if you "Esmokes" have warranty, theres swedish laws that say i have the right to get new stuff if its not working properly, even if esmokes doesent have any warranty...
i understand that theres a diffrence between used stuff, however if all 4 would not have worked you can't just say "tought luck not our problem, check our page no warranty on coils!"

Hi, Emil
Coils are, unfortunately, not covered with any warranty. We decided to do a fair thing and compensate back ~1/3 of the value in bonus points. We most usually compensate for value of one coil if it happens that coil is faulty and we don't ask for coils back for inspection since for us, too, there is no warranty on coils, even for larger batches of them. They are delivered as DOA. As long as terms and conditions are clearly stated, there is no need for laws to apply, those would be considered in case of exceptions. Coils are replacement parts and as such, are not covered with implied or extended warranty, unfortunately.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this purchase has caused you.
Compensating for faulty coil in store credit, we considered a fair solution.
Have a nice evening!

Hello, you are correct regarding warranty, but "to complain" can't be "baragain away" im sorry for my poor english
maybe some of your swedish college could explain "konsumentköplagen"
Quote:
Vad är skillnaden mellan garanti och reklamation?
Svar:

Hi, Emil
Executing your "konsumentköplagen" right, or, in English, filing a complaint is absolutely your right and this right cannot be refused to customer by any means, that is correct. It is non negotiable and by Swedish Law, time for filing a complaint is up to three years.
Most states allow companies to negate the implied warranty by disclosing that a product is being sold “as is” or “with all faults,” or by stating that there is no implied warranty.
Here is an interesting read regarding this question:
http://www.europe-consommateurs.eu/fileadmin/user_upload/eu-c...
Since it is an isolated case, a replacement part and the product in question hasn't been tested by us (we haven't asked for it), we decided to, for both ours and your convenience, offer a compensation for the item in question, no further questions asked.

Hello again
"Most states allow companies to negate the implied warranty by disclosing that a product is being sold “as is” or “with all faults,” or by stating that there is no implied warranty. "
Not sure what you mean with this, "moste states" (not sweden i assume) "allow companies to negate the implied warranty"
anyway it was "konsumentköplagen" i was thinking about before, and thats basicly a warranty in itself that a seller can't sell something that dosent work without compensating.
The reason i brought it up was becuse you never mentioned how much i was going to be compensated, i assumed 50% since only 50% of the coils worked...
But i guess 1/3 is fine
Thanks for your time
