antec nsk 1380 psu problem

hi

I bought a Antec NSK1380 350W (Black / Silver), but the power supply fan sounds like thefan goes against something,it is the cables to the motherboard it, etc.
When you drag a bit in the cables so sound stops, what could this be due?

Maybe you can tight the cable to something to avoid the problem. Let me know if you are able to fix this.
