Dark souls 3 krashar

Jag orkade inte skriva om det på svenska men detta är mitt problem:

Dark Souls 3 Crashes
Okay so I'm out of Ideas.
I can launch the game no problem but when I try to load a save or create a new one the game hard crashes when the loading screen is just about to finish. What I mean with hard crashes is either I get a black screen with weird noises and I'm forced to restart my computer or the computer restarts itself.
This started to happen about 3 weeks ago. I have 110+ hours in the game and it was never a problem before.
No matter what I do I cant seem to solve the problem.
What I have tried to do:
* Uninstall/reinstall the game twice (once with CCleaner)
* Reinstalled Windows
* Changing to windowed mode
* Changeing lightning/shadow effects to low
* turning off AA
* I heard that it could be pa psu problem so I bought a new one
* Installed new graphic drivers
* Tried old graphic drivers
* Checked the integrety of the game files
* I dont have any mods
* All my other games work just fine (like witcher 3, divinity original sin 2, civ 6 and so on)

Right now I'm at a complete loss at what to do.
If anyone has any suggestions I welcome it.

Kan meddela att det inte har med just ds3 att göra det händer i alla spel som är lite mer krävande efter ett tag. Jag trackar tempen på afterburner och de överstiger aldrig 78c.
Nu idag hände det när jag kollade på en 4k film via datorn.
Jag vet inte riktigt vad det kan bero på mer än att grafikkortet kanske har blivit dåligt.
