Python3 complains about pip is old in venv
Har kört: python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip (och även python -m pip install --upgrade pip)
Men varje gång jag öppnar en ny venv (python3 -m venv env) och kör "pip install <....>" så klagar den på följande. Går det uppdatera pip så man slipper köra det varje gång i venv innan man börjar installera packet?

Steg 1: Upgrade pip (already upgraded)
PS C:\Temp\temp> python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip

fra8p0\localcache\local-packages\python37\site-packages (20.0.2)
Steg 2: Activate the venv
PS C:\Temp\temp> python3 -m venv env
PS C:\Temp\temp> .\env\Scripts\activate
Steg 3: Install some lib
(env) PS C:\Temp\temp> pip install requests
Collecting requests
....
Installing collected packages: idna, chardet, urllib3, certifi, requests

Error message:

Any suggestions on how to avoid this error message? Its gone if I run the pip install, but should like to avoid it (even if its not much work)
